From April 2025, the Priority Pass card will be replaced with a digital membership card.

You will be able to use the services immediately after you have registered for Priority Pass online, although it currently takes about three weeks to deliver the physical card to you.   

▼How to apply 

Before revision: The dedicated application form is required for application. 

After revision: Apply by mailing in an application form.

▼Accompanied guest fee for using a lounge 

Before the revision date: $29 per person 

After the revision date: $35 per person 

The cardholders of the membership continue to use it for free of charge with no limit on the number of uses as it is now. 

*Starting on March 24, the revised fee will be applied if you use the services by presenting your digital membership card.

However, if you have a valid Priority Pass card, the fee before the revision will be applied. 

▼Regarding the change of facility Usage 

The facilities available for your use will have been updated, and you will have access to domestic lounge facilities and the lounge, dining and refreshment facilities overseas provided by Priority Pass （A.P.）Limited. 

Please note that domestic dining and refreshment facilities are not included in the services available to you. For details about the facilities, please refer to the lounge information on Priority Pass (A.P.) Limited's app or website. 

For the digital membership card, starting on March 24, 2025, the above changes will be

April 1, 2025 (planned) 

*Your current Priority Pass card is effective until the expiry date as long as you have the valid membership. 

*As a general rule, only the digital membership card will be issued after the start of application for the digital membership card, both for new application and reissue. 

▼How to apply 

STEP1.Click (or tap) "Apply here" on the page to go to the Priority Pass application page.

STEP2.Enter the invitation code provided below the QR code.

STEP3.Enter your customer information, agree to the terms, and complete the registration

STEP4.Obtain a digital membership card.

Present it at the lounge.

*Priority pass cards will not be issued.

*If family members also want to apply for the Priority Pass digital membership card, registration is required in accordance with the above.

*The expiration date is set for 1 year from the registration date.

*The expiration date is automatically renewed, so no action is required.

*If you apply directly through Priority Pass （A.P.）Ltd. website, this service will not be applicable.

▼How to use it 

STEP1.Present your Priority Pass degital membership card and boarding pass for the day at the lounge.

*If the name on your membership card, passport and boarding pass is different, you cannot use it.

STEP2.Check the usage date and the number of users.

*Please confirm that the date of use and the number of accompanied guests are written correctly.

STEP3.Sign your bill or scan your boarding pass
